DEVELOPMENT PROCESS

Beachside Software is a software development company focused on providing services that require integration with internal and 3rd party services, including internet offerings for both web and mobile. SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT METHODOLOGY

Beachside Software adheres to SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) best practices which defines each phase of a development practice:

  • Project Scope – gather and analyze the requirements and create vision/scope documents. The team prepares functional specifications, design, detailed plans for sprints/iterations and delivery, as well as cost estimates.
  • Development – we begin with the Technical Design Documents (TDD), Project Plans and Test Plans. Beachside Software develops a product model to demonstrate the application's capabilities and submits it for client review and feedback. We incorporate any changes or additions into the final product and then enter the testing phase. Once the product is tested it is submitted for acceptance for stabilization.
  • Stabilization – full cycle testing is executed to expose any remaining bugs or fixes and we make all corrections necessary in order to provide a product guaranteed to run correctly and predictably.
  • Project delivery – we deliver the final product for customer acceptance which includes:
    • Software product
    • Documentation
    • Technical requirements
